My training is practical and functional utilising dynamic and global exercises.
I integrate neuro-muscular therapy with physical training to improve balance, flexibility and neurological response.
I train outdoors at local parks and beaches or at your home or business.
I do not train for weight-loss or hypertrophy(body-building), albeit my training will reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass.
Preventing injury while training is my highest priority.
